Odjeća predata prije 9:00h biće vraćena istog dana do 19:00h, a odjeća predata posle 9:00h biće vraćena do 12:00h sljedećeg dana.

The clothes picked up before 9:00h will be returned by 19:00 same day, while the clothes picked up after will be returned by 12:00h next day.

NAPOMENA/ NOTICE

Hotel nije odgovoran u slučaju da se odjeća skupi ili izblijedi. Čipka, dugmad, rajsferšlus i kaiševi se čiste na odgovornost vlasnika. U slučaju oštećenja ili gubljenja odjeće, naknada neće preći petostruku cijenu čišćenja iste. U slučaju neslaganja hotelski zbir mora se uvažiti kao tačan. Žalba se može uložiti u roku od 24hod primanja odjeće.

The Laundry is not responsible for fading or shrinking of garments. Lace, buttons, zippers and belfs are laundered at the owner`s risk. In case of lose or damage the laundry`s liability will not exceed five times the cost of cleaning of the lost or damaged article. In case of discrepancies hotel count must be accepted as correct. All claims must be made within 24 hours after delivery.
